   From the day that you take a tour of our ballroom to the day you celebrate your marriage, you will work with the same familiar faces. Every reception has either the longtime General Manager, one (or more) of the owners or, in most cases, a combination personally making sure that everything is just right. Our capable and cordial staff will also be there to serve you and your guests in all of your reception needs and wants.

   Our food is prepared by our Executive Chef and Sous Chef using only the freshest ingredients. The chefs at The Balcony make the soups and sauces from scratch, fill the crepes, mash the potatoes, marinate and slow cook the beef, prepare the hors d’oeuvres, batter any fried items, and more. We are pleased to showcase our chefs, and the kitchen that they work in, as part of our tour. After all, great food is one of the main ingredients of a great reception.
